Prior to joining Bailey, Kelleher & Johnson, P.C., Mr. DeLeonardis worked at one of the nation’s largest civil defense law firms. Throughout the course of his career, Mr. DeLeonardis has provided experienced and cost effective representation to individuals, domestic and international corporations, and governmental entities on a wide variety of claims.
Mr. DeLeonardis has experience in both litigation and appellate practice at the state and federal level and has handled diverse and complex matters involving such areas as construction law, trucking and transportation law, product liability, premises liability and professional liability. In addition, Mr. DeLeonardis has successfully resolved numerous cases through the use of both mediation and arbitration.

A graduate of Syracuse University and the University of Miami School of Law, Mr. Marciniszyn specializes in premises liability claims, products liability and municipal law. His practice also includes extensive toxic/environmental tort and complex commercial litigation work. He is involved in all aspects of civil litigation, including client intake, discovery, legal research, drafting pleadings, motion and appellate practice and preparing and attendance at trials.
Mr. Marciniszyn has assisted in the successful defense of numerous lead exposure claims on behalf of non-profit corporations and private landowners and as part of the firm’s products liability practice, he has represented numerous public companies in their defense of actions arising under state and federal laws and has helped achieve the dismissal of claims of design defects on their behalf.
Mr. Marciniszyn is admitted to practice law in all New York State courts as well as the Federal Northern District of New York. He is a member of the New York State and Albany County Bar Associations.

Ms. Mennillo began her career with Bailey, Kelleher & Johnson in 2004, developing her practical legal skills first as a Law Clerk, and then as an Attorney. During that time, she also provided services at a legal clinic for a period of over a year, evaluating and investigating claims of securities churning and fraud, and participated in the arbitration and mediation of securities claims.
Ms. Mennillo has extensive experience in personal injury defense, particularly in the areas of lead-based paint litigation and municipal liability cases, which have included several use-of-force claims. She assiduously defends individuals, companies, municipalities, and not-for-profit entities against a variety of claims, from violations of constitutional rights to claims under Supplemental Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist policies.
Throughout her time at Bailey, Kelleher & Johnson, Ms. Mennillo has handled several matters under the New York State Civil Service Law, including public employee disciplinary proceedings. She has also participated in the litigation of several products liability matters, and is well seasoned in preparing cases for trial in federal and state courts. She keeps current on the varying rules and specific requirements of the different courts and judges.
Ms. Mennillo also has a strong interest in the constantly emerging issues surrounding electronic discovery, and strives to keep herself up-to-the-minute on the state of the rapidly changing law in this area.

Before attending law school, Ms. Ham worked in Maryland as a real estate settlement officer. After her first year in law school, Ms. Ham served as a judicial intern to New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division Justice Bernard Malone, where she was given an opportunity to observe and learn from some of the most well-respected judges and attorneys in the Capital District. Ms. Ham then joined the Albany County District Attorney's Office as a law clerk, where she worked closely with assistant district attorneys on preparing felony cases, such as enterprise corruption, robbery and grand larceny, for presentation to the grand jury, hearings and trial.
Upon graduating from law school, Ms. Ham joined one of Albany’s largest civil defense firms, defending claims of personal injury, medical malpractice, and construction-related injuries. Ms. Ham obtained valuable experience drafting pleadings, motions, arbitration submissions and discovery, conducting examinations before trial, attending court conferences, defending her clients at arbitration hearings, administering estates and handling traffic tickets and criminal violations.
Ms. Ham joined Bailey, Kelleher & Johnson, P.C. in the summer of 2008. Since joining the firm, Ms. Ham has worked on products liability, municipal liability, premises liability, and property damage cases. In addition, she has handled traffic matters, real estate matters and small claims matters. Currently, Ms. Ham is defending a manufacturer in wrongful death actions, where the deaths are alleged to have been caused by carbon monoxide, landlords in actions for injuries allegedly caused by lead paint exposure, landlords in actions for personal injury damages caused in slip and fall accidents on the landlord’s properties, local municipalities and homeowners in property damage actions, local municipalities in discrimination actions, and a homeowner in an action for personal injury damages caused by the owner's dog. Ms. Ham also represents individuals in real estate and traffic matters, local municipalities in contract issues, and individuals injured by medical malpractice.
Regardless of the type of case, Ms. Ham prides herself on handling her cases thoroughly and her extensive interaction with clients.

Prior to joining Bailey, Kelleher & Johnson, P.C., Mr. Connor worked at a large, busy, Albany law firm, which concentrated in cases involving mass torts, products and municipal liability for toxic torts. He assisted in the defense of several notable cases, including People v. Shoreline Cruises, (the owners of the Ethan Allen), Town of Stillwater v. United States Environmental Protection Agency (related to the dredging of the Hudson River), and George v. General Motors (Native American class action against General Motors and Alcoa related to PCB pollution).
Mr. Connor was also a legal intern in the New York State Attorney General’s Office during law school.
Mr. Connor has extensive experience conducting sophisticated legal research, writing, conducting depositions and drafting opinion letters.

Mr. Little has lectured on topics related to New York State and Federal Practice and for employers on issues related to sexual, racial, and other types of harassment, discrimination, and affirmative action.
Mr. Little represents employers in state and federal courts and before the EEOC and the New York State Division of Human Rights. Mr. Little also represents law enforcement agencies, officers, and municipalities against claims of excessive force, false arrest, and discrimination.
